Order Process Transparency

• We maintain regular communication with our customers during the crafting process, including updates and confirmations.

• Photos and progress updates are shared before the item is shipped to ensure customer satisfaction.

No Returns After Shipping

• Once the product has been shipped, returns are generally not accepted due to the personalized and handmade nature of the item.

Conditional Returns

• In rare cases, if a customer insists on returning the product:

  • A 15% deduction will be applied to the total order value.

  • The return shipping cost must be covered by the customer.

  • The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging within 7 days of delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If your item arrives damaged or significantly different from what was confirmed, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will resolve the issue promptly.

Refund Eligibility
