Order Process Transparency

We maintain regular communication with our customers during the crafting process, including updates and confirmations.

Photos and progress updates are shared before the item is shipped to ensure customer satisfaction.
No Returns After Shipping

Once the product has been shipped, returns are generally not accepted due to the personalized and handmade nature of the item.
Conditional Returns

In rare cases, if a customer insists on returning the product:

A 15% deduction will be applied to the total order value.

The return shipping cost must be covered by the customer.

The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging within 7 days of delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or significantly different from what was confirmed, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will resolve the issue promptly.
Refund Eligibility
